6. Payment

Payment terms for coaching, strategy and speaking engagements will be set out in individual agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation terms for coaching engagements and speaking bookings will be specified in individual agreements. In general, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Pete Howarth-Jarratt's liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or the provision of services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
